1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ctk99 platform (accessible at ctk99.io), you ("the Player", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the ctk99 platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ctk99 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience does not create a separate binding agreement and shall not be used to interpret the meaning or intent of any clause.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ctk99, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are accessing ctk99 voluntarily and in a personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party for commercial purposes.

• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement, whether imposed by ctk99 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person in order to circumvent any of the restrictions stated in these Terms.

Any winnings generated by an ineligible player — including players who have provided false date-of-birth information — shall be void and forfeited. ctk99 assumes no liability for losses incurred by ineligible players who have misrepresented their eligibility.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active ctk99 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same legal name, email address, mobile number, bKash/Nagad/Rocket wallet, device fingerprint, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. ctk99 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, ctk99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and retain any funds that are determined to have been obtained through the operation of multiple accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. You must promptly notify ctk99 of any material changes to this information by contacting support at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ctk99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ctk99 support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform integrity and responsible gaming, ctk99 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ctk99 may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ctk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.

4.2 No Third-Party Payments

All deposits to your ctk99 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ctk99 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to ctk99's withdrawal routing procedures. Any attempt to use third-party accounts may result in immediate suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

ctk99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets within a short timeframe following approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. ctk99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ctk99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by ctk99 for BDT-denominated transactions. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside ctk99's control and are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by ctk99 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are stated in the individual promotion's terms. ctk99 tracks wagering progress and this information is visible within your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ctk99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion structure.
• Placing low-risk or no-risk bets deliberately to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion.

5.4 Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus balance will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Refer to the specific promotion for the applicable validity window.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All bets placed on the ctk99 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — is governed by the cricket betting rules published on the platform. In-play bets are accepted at ctk99's discretion and may be suspended or voided if a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest odds error is identified.

6.2 Void Bets

ctk99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, that resulted from a system malfunction, or that were placed after an event outcome was already determined. Stakes for void bets are returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slot machines on ctk99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game results are independently governed by the game provider's software. ctk99 does not influence game outcomes.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or an in-play bet, ctk99's system will follow the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. Where a game round is interrupted, the result will be determined by the game provider's server-side record. ctk99 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ctk99. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed and their funds withheld pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players on the platform, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities — whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through ctk99 transactions.
• Accessing ctk99 through a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with ctk99's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ctk99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

ctk99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a genuine operational principle. We provide the following tools for players who wish to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure in-session notifications to alert them when they have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Time-Out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account cannot be accessed, no deposits can be made, and no bets can be placed.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ctk99 platform without express prior written consent from ctk99.

Game content made available through third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by ctk99 under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ctk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other economic loss, even if ctk99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ctk99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

ctk99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data

ctk99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ctk99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ctk99 implements SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect the transmission of personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to Terms
